Hump Day Playlist

Hi Stephanie here from Him&Her. My lovely sister asked me to create & post today's playlist, since the South Africans have (another) holiday for today.

I decided (after watching Practical Magic - for the millionth time - this weekend) that today's list will consist of my favourite soundtracks.

So my first Soundtrack will be from Practical Magic; I just LOVED this movie! ...
"put de lime in de coconut"...
Said " Doctor, ain't there nothing' I can take?" I said, "Doctor, to relieve this belly ache."
Just LOVE it!

Next up is Juno:

With songs like:  I'm sticking with you by Velvet Underground & Anyone else but you by The Moldy Peaches... whats not to LOVE.

The amazing (500) Days of Summer:
With music by Regina Spektor; She & Him and Simon & Garfunkel.

An old favourite of mine:  Varsity Blues
A few favourites on here for me are:  Run by Collective Soul & My Hero by Foo Fighters.

Who can forget the soundtrack of Cruel Intentions:
With songs from Blur, Counting Crows, Placebo; Skunk Anansie and even The Verve...

I will end my Soundtrack Playlist with the pretty impressive Romeo and Juliet (by Baz Luhrmann).
Except for yummy Leonardi DiCaprio this movie's soundtrack was quite amazing.  This was my VERY first movie soundtrack cd I bought for myself and it will probably always be my favourite.
This soundtrack featured songs like:  #1 Crush by Garbage; Pretty Piece of Flesh by One Inch Punch; Lovefool by the Cardigans and Little Star by Stina Nordenstam.

Hope you all loved this and enjoy the rest of your week! Stephanie xx
