Happy Monday! I’m late again with my Friday reads to love! Here’s why: on Friday afternoon about ten minutes before 13:00, I decided that I want to go home (in Groblersdal) for the weekend, I stormed out of my office to ask the boss-man for the afternoon off, and so it happened that I drove to Groblersdal around 14:00 that afternoon. Also, the reason I didn’t do my post was when I got in Groblersdal I realised that it was my uncles birthday, which meant that we would have a braai (bbq) on his farm that night. The worst part of it all was…. I accidently left my camera in Pretoria thanks to the rush of packing and trying to get out of Pretoria as soon as possible! Also I think I had enough braai’s (bbq’s) for the rest of the year, It was National Braai Day in South Africa on Saturday, so we had a braai on my uncles farm on Friday night, Saturday I had a braai at one of my friend’s home and we had a braai on Sunday at my parent’s home before I drove back to Pretoria, and last night when I got home, my sister Heleen and her boyfriend made a fire, ready to braai … again! I’m all braaied-out! :)
Before I write an entire essay about my weekend, I’d rather share my favourite posts from the past week with you! :)
Like most of the time my first few post I HAVE to share with you is from the amazing Olivia Rae and her wonderful blog Everyday Musings, this week you have to see: “limoges”, “grapes in france”, “dinner at le moulin bregeon” and “weekend (in loire valley)”.
A week without some laughs would be a horrible and terrible week, and “This one time…” and “Friday Fun” posts from the lovely indieBerries is a must read, Che makes my day each time I read her blog!
I cant wait to try this “salted caramel hot chocolate recipe” from the lovely a Beautiful Mess blog, Elsie always makes my mouth water with her awesome recipes and ideas… Wonderful inspiration! :)
Talk about inspiration, you have to check out the wonderful Sweetfineday blog for some wonderful photography inspiration, Jenna takes the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen, and she can make any ordinary thing look marvellous with her wonderful photography skills. “Last bits of summer”.
Summer is almost here (in South-Africa) and this “Garden Party {Spring Decor}” is the best inspiration and idea to kick off the summer loving over at The Pretty Blog. This party is absolutely gorgeous, I wish I was invited! ;)
I hope you enjoyed these posts as much as I have and I hope your day and week ahead will be filled with fun, laughter and happiness! Oh, and for us here in South-Africa, nice warm weather! :)

a braai would be lovely, but since it's getting colder now - we won't be able to have a braai until we go home in March'12.
so enjoy it!
glad you had an awesome weekend!
